Thank you for choosing our cleaning service. These terms and conditions constitute the full service agreement between You (the client) and us (needakleener). The client is expected to take some time in reviewing these terms and conditions before the day of service and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. BOND CLEANING SERVICE

 

     1.      Before the service

 

Please be aware

                 ·         The property must be empty prior to the job. Otherwise we may not complete the job

 

                 ·         All belongings are removed prior to the job. We take no responsibility for any damage

 

                 ·         The client must supply power and water until completion of the job

 

                 ·         The client must supply car parking space

 

                 ·         Blind cleaning must be finished before the job

 

                 ·         House maintenance or any kind of work in the property must be finished before the bond clean

 

 

     2.      Bond cleaning

 

                 ·         Rubbish removal and rubbish bin cleaning are NOT included in bond cleaning service

 

                 ·         Ceiling is NOT included in bond cleaning

 

                 ·         Curtains, blinds, are NOT included in bond cleaning however Venetian blinds cleaning is available                       with an extra cost

 

                 ·         Exterior windows, tracks, mesh screen and doors, are included in bond cleaning service however                      our guarantee does not apply due to acts of nature (Wind, weather, bugs, birds etc…)

 

                 ·         Only porch, patio or balcony sweeping is included in bond cleaning service. Exterior pressure                           cleaning is available with extra cost

 

                 ·         Only sweeping garage or car park space is included in bond cleaning service

 

                 ·         Picture hooks, posters, child safety items or pet safety items removal is not included in bond                             cleaning service

 

                 ·         Items (e.g. windows, ceiling fans, light fittings or cobwebs etc…) places higher than 2.4m, cleaning                   is not included in bond cleaning

 

                 ·         Tile grout cleaning is NOT included in bond cleaning

  

 

 

     3.      Satisfaction Guarantee and reclean

 

                ·         Our satisfaction guarantee is valid for 48 hours after job completion

 

                ·         Entering the property after the job completion, and before final inspection by landlord or property                manager, automatically void of our guarantee

 

                ·         Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to aged or neglected* property

 

                 ·         A reclean will only be applicable upon receipt of a report from the landlord or property manager                    clearly listing the problems (We will not accept photo image ONLY report)

 

                ·         24- 48 hours after receiving report will be required

 

                ·         After reclean we will warrant any work for 24hours

 

                ·         The client must organise entry to property for reclean. We may be able to pick up keys at agent or                    landlord with small cost

 

     4.      Quotation

                 ·         All quotes are estimate only. Quotes are based on estimates of an average house and room size

 

                 ·         Ensure that giving us accurate number of rooms, areas, and size of property. If property has extra                 areas, rooms or larger size than quoted, we may not complete the job and satisfaction guarantee                   will be void instantly

 

     5.      Payment and cancellation

·         Full payment must be made prior to the job. We accept cash or bank transfer

 

·         If payment has been made by bank transfer, the proof of payment must be shown (photo of receipt) prior to job

 

·         If payment can not be confirmed by 8:00am the day of the job, the job will be cancelled automatically

 

·         Cancellation or reschedule 24hours before the day of the job with no cancellation fee

 

·         When the client requires to cancel or reschedule the job, the client must inform us via Text message, phone call or email

 

·         Cancellation same day (within 24hours from the job) with $100 cancellation fee applies

 

·         We have all rights to cancel the job if property condition is

*Dangerous for safety, health, or well being of our staff

*heavily soiled and unable to make a good result

                     In this case, we will contact the client by text massage, phone call or email

    

     6.      General

·         Photos of property are taken

 

·         Please note that we promise to do our best and try to make a good result however we may not accept excessive request or expectation. It is understood some items will be subject to wear and tear and some items may be unable to be cleaned

 

 

 

         *neglected property …  Existence of additional grime, dust, marks or any kinds of dirt, that has been     

                                                        identified to exist at higher level than normal residence.

 

 

 

 

 

DOMESTIC / COMMERCIAL CLEANING

 

 

          ·        A minimum of 2 hours cleaning per visit is required

 

          ·        The client must organise entry to property. We may be able to collect keys from third party's                              address with small cost

 

          ·        When the client requires any additional service of hours, the client must  inform us by phone,                        email, or Text message at least 24hours advanced

 

          ·        When the client requires the cleaner to clean behind or under heavy items, (furniture, fridge, etc)                      the client will move those items prior to the clean

 

          ·         The client will secure remove any fragile, delicate, breakable or valuable items including cash                             prior to commencement of the cleaning service

 

          ·                Cancellation or reschedule 24hours before the day of the job with no cancellation fee

 

            ·               When the client requires to cancel or reschedule the job, the client must inform us via Text                                   message, phone call or email

 

·                Cancellation same day (within 24hours from the job) with $70 cancellation fee applies

 

·         when cleaners being turns away due to locked out, (no one at property,or problems with keys)           with $70 cancellation fee may apply

 

·                 We have all rights to cancel the job if property condition is

            *Dangerous for safety, health, or well being of our staff

            *heavily soiled and unable to make a good result

                       In this case, we will contact the client by text massage, phone call or email 

 

           ·        If the client is dissatisfied for any reason with the service provided, the client must inform us                            within 24hours of completion of the service. We will endeavour to solve the problem by reclean,                        partial or full refund 

 

           ·          Full payment must be made within 5days of the invoice date of the service. We accept cash or                             bank transfer
