These Terms and Conditions constitute the service agreement between you(the customer) and needakleener.

 

Please take time to review this agreement. Use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

Domestic Cleaning Service

 

A minimum of 2 hours cleaning per visit is required. If needakleener is required to collect keys from third party's address a $15 fee may apply.

 

If the customer requires any additional service or hours, they must contact needakleener by phone or email at least 24 hours advanced.

 

If the customer requires the cleaner to clean behind or under heavy items, e.g. Furniture, fridge,etc the customer will move those items prior the clean.

 

The customer will secure remove any fragile, delicate, breakable or valuable items, including cash prior to commencement of the cleaning service.

 

The customer may cancel a cleaning service by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice. The customer may also terminate the whole service by giving 2 weeks advanced notice in writing.

 

The customer agrees to pay $30 cancellation fee per cleaner in the event of lock out caused by our cleaners being turned away, no one at home to let them in or if there is a problem with the keys.

 

If the customer is dissatisfied for any reason with the service provided, they must inform needakleener within 24 hours of completion of the service. We will endeavor to solve the problem quickly and efficiently by a partial or full refund, re supply the service without charge or such other remedy as deemed appropriate by needakleener.

 

The customer agrees to pay needakleener within 7 days of the invoice date of service by bank transfer.

 

 

End of lease cleaning 

 

the property must be vacant on the day of cleaning.

 

The satisfaction guarantee is valid for 3 business days after completion.

If the work does not pass customer's satisfaction, the customer needs to send needakleener the clear list of works to complete.( The list may be issued by real -estate agency or landlord)needakleener will organize the representative to return to rectify the issues without extra charge. ( This process may take 24~48 hours)

 

needakleener may not guarantee the work if

-The property is badly damaged, neglected, or has not been regularly cleaned.

- The property that has been damaged by pets or small children

-Someone enters the property after completion of clean ( e.g. Maintenance, Tenants walking on floors etc)

 

needakleener may apply additional charge for

-Large sized dwelling

-Extra room or area

-Washing walls

-High pressure cleaning

-Garage door / walls/ cabinets

-Kitchen ware (cutlery etc)

 

The customer agrees to pay needakleener by cash or bank transfer prior to the service.

If any extra payment is required, the customer needs to make payment at the time of service.
